What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and type of product you are purchasing. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.

Art Prints
Standard shipping rates apply for all art prints, 90 SEK to closest pickup location. Possibility to collect from the artist residence free of charge. Choose this option at checkout, and a time for pickup will be agreed upon through email.

Original Paintings
Due to the size and care needed, shipping fees may vary based on packaging requirements and destination. Possibility to collect from the artist residence free of charge. Choose this option at checkout, and a time for pickup will be agreed upon through email.

Textile Products
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the type of product you are ordering and your location.

In-stock Products (Art Prints, Ready-to-Ship Textile Products)
1-2 weeks within Sweden and 2-4 weeks for international orders.

Custom Orders or Made-to-Order Products (Original Paintings, Custom Textile products)
4-6 weeks for delivery as these are specially created for you.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information where available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment options, all securely processed through Shopify. These include: Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), Klarna (Pay Later, Pay Now, Slice It), PayPal, Google Pay.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're not, we offer returns based on the following guidelines

Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. This applies to standard, non-customized products. To return an item, please contact us within the 14-day window.

If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 14 days.

Exclusions
Please note that custom or made-to-order products (e.g. commissioned paintings or custom textile products) are exempt from the right of returns.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. According to Swedish consumer law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for damaged or faulty goods.

We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering a repair.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order if it has not yet been dispatched. For custom orders, cancellations are only possible if the production process has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
